Sharon Busse
Co-Owner & Co-Founder
Sharon, co-owner and co-founder of DLI, is an Executive Coach and proven professional with over 32 years of experience. Her work focuses on Lean/Toyota Production System (TPS) Culture Transformations, foundational TPS training, High Performance Leadership and Teams, Neuroscience and Emotional Intelligence, Executive Coaching, Conflict, and Change. She has coached, trained and consulted in these areas with a variety of clients in differing industries. Sharon specializes in the development of leaders and teams at all levels through training, coaching and assessments.
Sharon began her career with Frito-Lay in Operations and Human Resources before joining the start-up team for Toyota’s first North American manufacturing facility. Sharon is certified in Toyota TPS foundational courses and is a Job Instruction Training Master Trainer. She and her business partner have over 55 years of experience in TPS Principles and the Toyota Way.
As an Executive Coach, Sharon has coached leaders individually to increase their personal effectiveness. She is a Coach in the world-renowned High Performance Leadership Program for Executives at the International Institute of Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland, since 2005. She also taught at the Said Business School, Oxford University, England, in the “Leadership Challenge” Program.

Joyce Crouch

Joyce, co-owner and co-founder of DLI, is an accomplished professional and consultant to global organizations around the world.
Joyce is an expert in leadership development and executive coaching. Her teaching and consulting activities are focused on Toyota Production System (TPS) Foundational courses, Lean/Culture Transformations, High Performance and the Neuroscience of Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Teamwork, Conflict Resolution Management, Change Management, and Dialogue and Negotiations.
Joyce currently serves as an Executive Coach in the highly acclaimed High Performance Leadership Program at the International Institute of Management Development (IMD) in Switzerland, one of the world’s leading business schools. Joyce also taught at the Said Business School, Oxford University, Oxford, England, in the Leadership Challenge Program.
Joyce was a member of the start-up management team for Toyota’s first North American manufacturing facility in Georgetown, Kentucky. She and her business partner have over 55 years of experience in TPS Principles and the Toyota Way.
